Weekly Produce Box

Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is the best way to support us and ensure you have access to fresh, quality produce every week of the season. Prepay for a weekly box and when the time comes, we pick a delicious variety of freshly harvested food for your enjoyment.

CSAs are a great way to support farmers by helping them cover start of season costs while plants are growing, but before sales have started. It also allows us to grow a greater variety of produce for your enjoyment, and guarantees us an outlet for our crops.

By investing in our program you get the chance to give us feedback on what crops you would like to see grown. You can avoid grocery store mark-ups and lengthy market lines - and support us directly! Plus we send out a weekly newsletter with recipe ideas and farm updates.

Come to the farm to pick up, chat with us and see where your food is grown. A wonderful way to shrink the gap between producer and consumer and truly eat with the seasons.

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to support the local community and yourself.

Find us at the Markets!

Markets are a great option for those that don't want to commit to the full season CSA, or don't live on the island. Prices are lower than the grocery store because there is no mark-up, and 100% of the money you spend goes directly to the farmers. Plus you get to meet the people doing it! An amazing way to connect with your food source, support the local economy, and eat well doing it. A true win-win situation.

We no longer participate in the famous Saturday Market, but be sure to come say hi on Tuesdays or Fridays!

Tuesday Market

Centennial Square

1:30 - 5:30 pm

Every Tuesday

June - October

The Tuesday market is not only a great food hub for both locals and tourists, it’s a great way to directly support growers and makers on SSI. The market is a wonderful source for local produce, cheese, wine, cider, sausages, sushi, treats & more! We harvest the day before to ensure our produce is as fresh as can be for Tuesday afternoon. We were voted the Best Market Vendor in 2019 and strive to hold to this high standard.

Friday Market

Duck Creek Farm

3:00 - 5:30 pm

Every Friday

June - October

Our Friday market is located on the farm and gives folks a chance to buy directly from us and skip the busy market lines. We grow a wonderful variety of fruits and vegetables that change with the seasons.

Everything is picked fresh within 48 hours for your enjoyment. Contact us in advance for bulk orders.

Other Outlets

We are blessed with the support of two/three of our local grocery stores: Country Grocer (374 Lower Ganges Rd), and Natureworks (116 Lower Ganges Rd). We regularly supply them with seasonally available produce including salad mix, arugula, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, eggplants, cabbage and herbs. This is a great way to support local growers while doing all your shopping in one place.

Our friends at Francis Bread also buy our veggies each week to incorporate into their delicious rustic, European-inspired lunch items. Their daily menus are crafted using the highest quality ingredients and showcase their time spent training in France and Australia. Truly one of the best places to eat on Salt Spring.
